Last fall a survey was sent out to all employees regarding personal time and how the employee would like to see that time handled at the end of the year. YFP's policy is to have any remaining time to be cashed out at the beginning of the new year, the survey presented a new option of having any remaining personal time roll over to the following year. The majority of YFP employees voted to keep the policy the same and have any remaining time to be cashed out. I will be working with supervisors and departments to utilize the method of surveys on various topics to gain insight on any questions, concerns, or suggestions you may have and share those results with you in this newsletter.
